Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the merchandise is in its original, unworn condition.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
